My case was I already had a buyer and I wanted my rest of the sale transition to be taken care- This include seller responsibility during sale registration and additional I availed his taxation / legal service too. 2. I really recommend vinayak and his CA TEAM - Reason they briefed me very clearly and detailed what is going to happen at an upper hand point- So during journey the amount of surprises encountered was very very minimal - Which was key for me. 3. The team had a clear idea how NRI sale process works and prior experience too - All made things very flawless and NRI taxation process was done seamless.
